Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase for health and safety reasons.

Verify Eligibility
Ensure the product is unused and the original plastic seal or packaging remains intact.

Request an RMA
Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack Securely
Place the item in a plain shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Once our warehouse inspects the seal, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
